Board meeting

1. Approval of the agenda

The agenda was approved.

2. Approval of the minutes of the last meeting

The minutes of the last meeting were approved. Outstanding matters are being followed up.

3. Follow-up on decisions

The board is following up on Acubiz and on obtaining payment cards for board members.

There is also follow-up on whether an increase in the parking rent has been given notice of.

4. Update from SAB, the courtyard association and the landowners' association

Niklas represents the department in the landowners' association, and Birgitte has been appointed as deputy.

Furniture at the quay

The board is looking into whether the furniture at the quay can be put back, together with the courtyard association.

Outstanding answers and matters from the previous meeting have been followed up.

5. Financial status

Funds have been set aside in the budget for social events.

6. Status on operation and maintenance

The board is working on setting up a shared drive for handling email, the website and the meeting structure. The aim is to ensure smoother handling of enquiries from residents and better shared access to materials.

7. Enquiries and proposals received

Residents are encouraged to keep sending ideas and proposals to the board at bestyrelsen@sab-askholm.dk.

8. Any other business

Constitution of the board

The board has constituted itself with Daniel Mangold as chair. The former chair continues as a member of the board.

Late summer party

The board is looking into the possibility of holding a late summer party on Thursday 27 August from 17:30 to 19:00. If the weather allows, the event will be held in the courtyard, otherwise in the common room.

A short planning meeting about the late summer party will be held on 12 August from 18:00 to 19:00.

The next board meeting will be held on 1 October from 17:00 to 18:30.
