General meeting

Minutes of the general meeting with budget in SAB Askholm on 28 April 2026.

Present were: 13 tenancies/14 residents, service manager Karsten Houdam, head of operations Dorthe Eren.

1. Election of a chair for the meeting

Dorthe Eren was elected chair of the meeting.

2. Election of a vote-counting committee and a minute-taker

Dorthe Eren took the record of decisions. A vote-counting committee could be elected if it proved necessary.

The chair of the meeting confirmed that the meeting had been convened in due time.

3. The board's report

Chair Niklas Munk-Andersen went through the report for the past year. The topics included the landowners' association, snow clearing, the council, lifts and provisions.

The report was adopted unanimously.

4. Presentation of the accounts for the department board's discretionary funds

Niklas presented the accounts for 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025.

DKK 967.56 had been spent, mainly on refreshments for board meetings.

5. Presentation of the annual accounts and approval of the operating budget

The accounts for 2024/2025 were presented for information.

Head of operations Dorthe Eren presented the proposed budget for 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, which gave a rent increase of 0.62%.

The budget was approved unanimously.

6. Proposals received

Proposal 1 concerning a 10% adjustment of the rent for parking spaces: The proposal was adopted with 18 votes for, 4 against and 2 blank.

Proposal 2 concerning index-linking of the rent for the parking spaces: The proposal was amended with the addition "however, max. 2½% per year". The proposal was adopted unanimously.

7. Election of the board

Daniel Mangold was elected for 2 years.

The board continues to consist of Niklas Munk-Andersen, Birgitte Bidstrup and Daniel Mangold.

8. Election of deputies

Mette Mejdal and Anders Vestergaard were elected as deputies.

9. Election of council members

The board appoints the council members.

10. Any other business

There were questions about the possibility of charging boxes and benches on the wharf.
