The board members introduced themselves, and Niklas gave an introduction to the board, the courtyard association and the landowners' association.

Table and bench set in front of TJV

The bench needs sanding and a coat of oil, so we are looking for volunteers who would like to give it an overhaul.

If the table is not maintained, it will be removed by the landowners' association.

Furniture on the quayside

At the landowners' association's request, furniture on the quayside in front of the owners' stairwell must be removed. A replacement will be put up by the landowners' association.

A dialogue is being opened with the courtyard association and the owners' association.

Lift at DGV1

The lift is running again, but the impression is that communication about the process was extremely poor.

The board does not think the service centre handled the matter well, and we are opening a dialogue about how this can be improved.

Purchase of fittings for the common room

The board finds that there is no need to replace or buy tableware, as it is available in ample quantities.

The minutes of the general meeting have yet to be sent out — this is being chased up.
