Bicycle parking
There is encouragement to carry out a bicycle clear-out within the landowners' association (GF). Funds from GF can be used to install new bicycle racks or to change the layout and design of the existing ones. The board is happy to receive proposals for placement or changes.
A letter is being sent out asking residents not to park bicycles along the façade, and proposals for how bicycle parking conditions can be improved are welcome.
A bicycle clear-out in both the basement and the courtyard is being coordinated under the courtyard association.
Follow-up on enquiries from residents
The letter about bicycle parking has been dealt with as described above.
The issue of paid parking when using charging points within the landowners' association will be raised at the next board meeting.
Site inspection
Planned dates: 21 or 22 August at 17:00 and 18 September at 19:00. A further site inspection may take place in November.
The following points will be reviewed:
- Water damage and rusty pipes
- The option of installing electric vehicle chargers
- Ventilation in the stairwells
- A check of the rooms against a checklist
News from GF
A meeting about the green square is planned. Improving bicycle parking around the department is being discussed, possibly together with the courtyard association.
