1. Round-up from the general meeting

The board will send out a letter covering the following topics:

• Follow-up on the general meeting
• Information about the board's work, including finances and planning
• Proposals for the board's work in the coming year, with a focus on increasing transparency to make the work easier

2. Annual general meeting — the landowners' association

There will be follow-up on the landowners' association's annual general meeting regarding the time, the venue and attendance from the board.

3. Common room

The board is considering setting up a committee to manage the common room, with a focus on furnishings and fittings.
