Board meeting

Follow-up from the last meeting

The board followed up on activities since the last meeting. There has been a board course, which Niklas attended, as well as an area meeting for the SAB Vanløse group. The chair, Niklas, attended this.

In general, various aspects of SAB were discussed, along with concerns about the level of service after operations were merged between the Vanløse departments and Sluseholmen.

The operations team reports that they are looking at the light bulbs in the stairwells, and that residents are asked not to store items in the stairwell. Items left in the stairwell will be removed by the operations staff.

Water ingress in the parking basement

Jens is contacting KAB/SAB about help with applying for support from Byggeskadefonden/Landsbyggefonden (the building damage fund and the national building fund). The courtyard association is being involved in order to clarify a plan for repairs.

Bicycle parking on Dexter Gordons Vej

There are difficulties with cargo bikes parked on Dexter Gordons Vej. The board would like to stress that parking along the walls is prohibited, and refers residents to the separate bicycle parking with racks, and to parking cargo bikes in the basement.

A dialogue is being started with the courtyard association about clearing out bicycles in the basement to make room for more.

Communication about the board

The board will work on sending out information to residents about the board's work, and on posting the board minutes.

Next meeting

The next meeting will be held on 7 February at 19:00, and the board is, as always, happy to receive proposals or anything else to be discussed.

Any other business

The landowners' association is holding its annual general meeting in May, and we intend to plan our proposals so that we gain influence over the area. It is also noted that residents are encouraged to submit proposals to the board if they want something raised at the general meeting in March.
