Follow-up from the last meeting

The board discussed matters and followed up on items from the most recent meeting.

Site inspection + finances

The chair reported on the site inspection, where operating budgets and planned maintenance were discussed. Some errors in the current planned maintenance were identified and will be corrected before the final budget proposal for 2024/2025.

Checking co-funding of parking basement costs

Jens may contact Byggeskadefonden (the building damage fund) again to clarify the options for co-funding the costs of the parking basement.

Finances in general

We went through general financial items, and all board members are encouraged to dig into the finances on the mitKAB board portal. We could look into the property valuation in relation to the new taxation — it probably does not mean much as long as the property is not sold.

Website + information from the board

Niklas is working on sending out information from the board and on highlighting the website as a central platform for future communication. Reference was made to an earlier text prepared by Kristina regarding a welcome letter.

The notice will be sent out for the next meeting on 6 December at 19:00.

Level of service at the service centre

Residents are encouraged to report good or poor service from the property office.

Function room

Problems with noisy parties and breaches of the house rules were discussed. Birgitte is working on drawing up "house rules" for the rooms, to be sent to those who rent them. An attempt is being made to obtain a separate operating budget for the common room and guest flat.
