Information about SAB and the organisation in general, by Lise Buhelt
A visit from Lise Buhelt of SAB, who presented the organisation and the options for working together. There is potential for a better financial overview and greater visibility for the board.
Outreach and the board's visibility
Discussion of the need for outreach to inform new residents about the board's role and visibility. A proposal to arrange events that create dialogue, such as mulled wine or sausage evenings, to involve residents and raise the board's visibility.
Bicycle clear-out and parking
Considerations about establishing bicycle parking, in particular in front of the day-care centre at Sluseholmen. The board's recommendation is to avoid parking in front of the day-care centre because of congestion in the morning and afternoon hours. Parking at the corners by DGV and TJV is recommended instead.
Common room and guest room
Discussion of introducing a deposit as a guarantee from the courtyard association in connection with use of the common room and the guest room. Further financial analysis of the common room and the guest room is needed.
Booking system and finances
Considerations about implementing a booking system through SAB for the common room and the guest room. A financial review and an update of these facilities are needed.
Recycling station and waste sorting
Decision to make contact in order to look into options for improvements in connection with the recycling station and waste sorting.
Operating accounts and finances
Discussion of the operating accounts held with KAB. Questions about operating finances go to Jesper. A request for a financial review at coming meetings.
Site inspection and refurbishment
Planning of a site inspection to identify areas in need of refurbishment, and preparation of a budget. A review of expectations for what the service centre is to deliver to residents. A proposal to prepare and discuss the level of service.
Board course and seminar
Considerations about attending courses and arranging a board seminar in the Vanløse area. Various courses are available through KAB, including a "New to the board" course and a finance course.
General
Decision to elect the council representation from the board rather than as personal representation, as this gives greater flexibility and the option of voting during the year. The next meeting date was set for 8 November, or possibly the first Wednesday of each month.
