Common room and guest flat

Challenges concerning the running of the common room and the guest flat were discussed.

Bicycle parking at the corners of the block

Questions about who owns the bicycle parking and the options for clearing it out were discussed. Contacting the gårdlaug (courtyard association) and the landowners' association was mentioned as a possible way forward.

Gårdlauget (the courtyard association)

The board is starting work to clarify the cost of repairing the membrane in the courtyard. There was also a wish for better communication between the board and the courtyard association.

Website

The board wants clarity on who owns the website. Alternatively, setting up a new website is being considered. Contacting KAB was mentioned as a way to obtain documentation or the option of creating the website.

Visibility and communication with residents

The possibility of starting a newsletter was discussed in connection with the website. There was also a wish for better exchange of information with residents, including information campaigns when people move in.

Stairwells

Smells and smoking were discussed, among other places in the stairwells. The possibility of better ventilation to improve the indoor climate was mentioned.

The board in general

Niklas Munk-Andersen was appointed chair, and there was a joint decision to work towards a more stable and structured system for the board's work. This includes setting up a platform with contacts, file sharing and digital infrastructure. There was also talk of looking into options such as Google Workspace or similar, and of contacting KAB about funding these initiatives.
